We hold an initial online planning call to agree the topics or processes we want to focus on.
We clearly define the topic, challenge or problem statements and agree on the desired outcomes of the exercise.
Then we agree on who we need in the room on the day. Thinking broad and wide, who has the experience, who has the challenge and who are the bright sparks who naturally ideate in their current roles. Bring them all along !
We then go away and design a half-day workshop, and book a date in the diary to run the session.
We then ask you to secure us a room/venue and to order the coffee and cake.
Please Note: No one can innovate without cake.... it's a scientific fact!
On the Day we kick the session off with a Futurists view of our current and rapidly evolving business landscape we find ourselves in today. This is designed to get the team thinking about what might lay ahead and how we can think broader to innovate.
We then focus on the specific topic, challenge or problem statement and explain how the workshop will work.
Fuelled by cake and coffee, we then get into a series of short exercises to explore, ideate and generate a heap of ideas and suggestions
We then pause and stand back to consider the ideas. Voting on the options, failing fast on the noise and then focusing in on the Vital few.
Summarising our findings in a clear Laydown document which we then take away ready to present back to yo.
We then book in a Teams call to present back our findings in a detailed Laydown Plan, structured in priority order so you and your teams can run it from there on in.
We also hand over the process, methodology and tool sets we use to your people, so you can repeat/run your own Innovation workshops and reviews in the future... Consider it Open Source innovation.
