Artificial Intelligence & Spatial Computing technologies are poised to transform our personal & professional lives in ways many can yet fully imagine. However, at present we're still in the "infancy of impact" when it comes to their true potential.
While some solutions will radically reshape how organisations operate, not all AI-driven innovations will live up to their promises of efficiency and positive transformation... or the return on investment.
As we stand at this crossroads, we can't afford to ignore these advancements, but we also can't implement everything at once. The decisions we make (or don't make) today will shape the AI-driven future of your business.
This is a unique moment in time where organisations can pause, assess, understand, and strategically plan for the transformation that lies ahead.
At Adventa, we understand that every business is at a different stage in their technology transformation journey. To support you, we bring our 30 years of experience in technology and innovation to your organisation through three flexible services designed to meet you where you are.

Unsure of where to start, or looking for expert support on a specific project or challenge impacting your organisation?
Our Fractional Service provides you with access to our highly experienced founder, Ant Morse and a far wider network of dedicated experts. Providing a flexible model without the commitment of a full-time hire, while ensuring you stay ahead of technological disruption.
We guide many leading organisations through the complexities of our rapidly transforming landscape. Bringing fresh perspectives to help you implement emerging technologies, or serve as a critical friend to challenges assumptions and identifies blind spots.
We're a little different, our work is more of a cause than a role. Sure, our services can help you with some initial support, or to uncover some neat innovations, or bring dedicated support, but the pace of change means we need a means to regularly stay in touch and a way to regularly update you on the wider and constant transformations and innovations in play. We also cant expect you to hire us in every time a new technology appears. So to address this we built an Innovation forum 4 years ago that provides you with on-going information updates at zero cost, and very frankly its a two way street and your thoughts, questions an opinions help us guide and focus our research.
We are a group of circa 250 like-minded curious & inquisitive leaders from across enterprises, public sectors and charities.
We’ve come together in a variety of ways: you may be an Adventa customer, part of a supplier network, or a participant in an industry forums I support, Either way together, we collectively form a larger forum with one thing in common: that this incredible change is all happening on our watch and we are leading our business and people through it.
Our purpose is to explore the future of technology; to demystify the complex and ensure we take everyone on the journey with us. As a Forum we cover the headline, but also far beyond, as we also discuss societal, cultural, and economic change.
We are not afraid to push the conversation into challenging territories—areas that must be addressed if we are to drive real transformation
We aim to come together three or four times a year in person to discuss the big topics impacting our organisations, hear from experts, and share our collective insights. under strict Chatham House Rule
Check out the topic, attend if of interest, decline if not, we wont be offended. and when we can’t meet in person, we'll share our Quarterly Report to keep everyone up to speed on developments in the meantime.
"We set Ant the task of setting the scene for our management board strategy day. We wanted to think about the kind of organisation we might need to be in 2035. To do this, we wanted to explore what that future might look like. What transformative technologies might mature during the coming decade, how society and the economy might react to them and what this could all mean for data protection and privacy regulation.
Using a range of resources and dynamic story telling skills, Ant was able to showcase a range of possibilities. He took us on a journey into a number ofpossible futures using examples of potentially life changing technologies and their practical applications. Ant's ability to link technological advances to societal and economic trends enabled us to envisage a broad range of risks and opportunities to help us explore our strategy with greater depth.
Ant's insightful responses to our questions showed his expertise in a diverse range of topics from sustainability to security. He simplified potentially complex issues, with suggestions and insights which enabled the team to consciously consider the challenges and barriers against the opportunities and enablers that the future may hold for how data is used and our role as regulator. The result was a dynamic and well considered start to our strategic planning cycle.
" Ant Morse delivered an insightful presentation that profoundly shaped our team's perspective on the rapidly evolving landscape of technology. His keynote provided valuable insights into the pace of technological change and its profound impact on our lives. Ant's expertise sparked engaging discussions and left a lasting impression on our team! "
“Debate within leadership settings is key for finding paths for the future, and Ants keynote on the how AI is working today and how it might support the world in the future stimulated an excellent session engaging the whole room”.
"We were really lucky to have found Ant through our friends at the Government Legal Department. He not only took the audience through a view of how new technologies such as AI will shape our future, offering tips and practical advice on how we navigate change as individuals and organisations, but also added great chemistry to a lively panel debate"
"Wow! your presentation on the day was all we could hope for and more!
The way you captivated the attention of the audience was impressive. The content of what you said was not only engaging and informative but inspiring and powerful. I also loved how you shared a few laughs along the way"
"I had the pleasure of meeting Ant Morse at a conference i chaired recently.
This guy is one of the most interesting and pragmatic speakers i have come across in recent times"
"A positive take of how we can stay relevant during digital transformation. Great touches of humour and practical takeaways to help our teams start their own digital education journeys. Really enjoyable and engaging presentation, Thanks Ant! "
Drop us a note, or feel free to send over any dates/times that work for you and we can book in a quick call. It's always great to connect and explore either way, without obligation.
We sit in a unique position in that we don't actually compete with any other consultancies. We actually work with many of the main consulting firms, but act mainly as an early filter, helping customers with that initial assessment and qualification and to understand where, and if they need wider support.
We are also Corporate lead, in that the majority of experience comes from actually leading organisational change as executives ourselves within Large UK and Global Organisations, so we have first hand experience and understanding of both side of the fence.
We also differ in that we take a far wider view of transformational trends, covering not only technology but also societal and economic trends, using a custom and highly successful methodology called 'Collision Sequencing' This is where we aim to predict the next technologies likely to impact our lives and industries Our methodology successfully predicated and called out Gen AI many, many years ago, and we think we were ahead of the entire pack on this one, which is evidenced in our founder Ant Morse's futurist book ' The Future Of Us' https://amzn.eu/d/cPbc8Nr were he has successfully predicted over 10 technology tends in the last 2 years alone, with many more on track
We focus on the new technologies and their impacts on how we live and work overall. And while we possess a broad range of experiences across a wide range of industries, our model is unique in that it proposes a collaborative approach and process which sees us bring our tech expertise to work with your people's industry expertise, We're the experts in technology, you're the experts in your business together, this collaboration combined with some robust market research makes us an awesome combination.
Customers usually come to us initially either to book our Founder Ant Morse for a Keynote, or to take his guidance on a specific technology, usually AI, Spatial Computing or IOT (Internet of things) This then usually leads to customers booking an Future Readiness Review, or an Innovation ideation workshop to explore topics or ideas in more detail.
We also receive requests to support specific Tech and AI projects, which can range from light touch advice and counsel on a current project or issues, through to leading fuller digital transformation projects, or advent providing support in the form of a Fractional Head/Role.
Everything starts with an initial understanding and exploration call to make sure we can help and answer your ask/brief.
We have a very flexible approach and we like to think we're pretty smart, but we cant do everything and we will quickly qualify in or out, and we have a far wider network of experts across the tech industry who we can introduce and recommend you to as required.
This is the question we are asked most often during our work. It's asked by many people within our customer organisations, many who will navigate to this site to learn more about us, so we thought we would answer the question on there as well.
Sure its an unnerving time across every industry as the headlines and news feed talk about Artificial General Intelligence, which describes a time and technology where robots become as smart of human, often with a horror story of the whole employment market collapsing as a result. Scary right! but possibly not quiet how it will happen in reality, if General Intelligence is achieved (something the experts dont seem to be able to argue or disagree on currently)
So for us with History as our guide, the automation of processes be they mechanical, robotic or now via AI, is nothing new from the automation of the Mills of the 1800's through to our change role on productions lines across industry, progress will always transform the employment market, and our time will be no different. Progress and transformation is inevitable and in reality yes the incredible breakthroughs in AI and Robotics of today will take many jobs for sure, but it's highly likely that for many of us, it will be more about aiding our jobs and seeing us working far closer with robots in a cobotic fashion than outright replacement of us. or the evolution of work overall as we let AI and Robotics do the mundane and repetitive tasks and we retrain to do more interesting task, or actually work slightly less overall... why not work smarter than harder?
In summary: yes progress will bring disruption to the future of work and transform what we do and how we do it, through AI and cobotics. Our advice: stay interested and aware of progressions within your industry and organisation, evolve your own skills, invest time in your development and i think we all all still be pretty relevant for many years to come.
The second most common question we are asked as Futurists, but unfortunately, while we are incredibly successful in our technology predications, Mystic Meg has the edge on us with this one 🤣
Click on the Contact Us tab and drop me a note and we can arrange a quick 15/20-minute virtual coffee over Teams, to see if we can help your organisation.
There is no hard sell, if we can help great, if not its always good to make new connections and build our collective networks, while learning more about whats in focus for your business or industry.
