Innovation moves from a nice to do, to a NEED to do!

We hold an initial online planning call to agree the topics or processes we want to focus on.  

 We clearly define the topics, challenge or problem statements and agree on the desired outcomes of the exercise. 

Then we agree on who we need in the room on the day. Thinking broad and wide, who has the experience, who has the challenge and who are the bright sparks who naturally ideate in their current roles.  Bring them all along ! 

We then go away and design a half-day workshop agenda, and book a date in the diary to run the session.  

We then ask you to secure us a room/venue and to order the coffee and cake.....everything work better with cake 🍰 

On the Day we kick the session off with a Futurists view of our current and rapidly evolving business landscape we find ourselves in today.  This is designed to get the team thinking about what might lay ahead and how we can think broader and Innovatively.  

We then focus on the specific topic, and our predefined challenge or problem statements, and explain how the workshop will work.  

Fuelled by cake and coffee, we then get into a series of short exercises to explore, ideate and generate a heap of new ideas and suggestions 

We then pause and stand back to consider the ideas.  Voting on the options, failing fast on the noise and then focusing in on the critical few. 

As facilitators we capture our findings in an Innovation Laydown document, which we then take away ready to present back to you ➡️.  

We then book in a follow up session to present back our findings in a detailed Laydown Plan, structured in priority order so you and your teams can take and run with the ideas from there. 

We also hand over the process, methodology and tool sets we used to your people, so you can repeat/run your own Innovation workshops in the future... Consider it Open Source innovation.
